Do you really need an antivirus for computer or android?

                

 Hello Friends, Welcome to Tech tutorials blog. In this article, I will give the answer to a question. Some people can be confused about this question. The question is “Do we really need an antivirus in our machine”. Well, first we will look at the virus. In your words, what is a virus?

Virus:

    A virus is simply a set of instructions or a program that contains some instructions that can harm our system by deleting a file, formatting a disk, etc. Just like a biological virus or disease spreads from person to person, Virus Next we will look at how virus comes to our system? Well, when we download a malicious file and execute it in our system then virus enter our system. Some examples of the virus are I love you, Keltz, Cascade, Zmist, etc.

For Example, A computer virus can:

• A computer virus can damage data.
• It can delete some or all files on the computer system.
• It can format all your hard drives.
• It may display a false message a few times.

Antivirus:

   An antivirus is simply a program that protects a machine from threats or viruses. It automatically detects the presence of the virus in the system using virus definitions and notifies you about it. You can choose the option of Delete the virus so that antivirus deletes that virus. Examples of antivirus are Avast Antivirus, Panda, AVG, Samad, etc.

Do you need antivirus?

Don’t compromise on your security. The virus can be entered into your system and seriously damage your personal data. It also sends your data to the person that created the virus depending upon the instructions in the virus.

There are two possibilities in your system:

1. You use the internet connection in your system
2. You don’t use the internet connection in your system

Well, if you are a person of possibility 1 then you don’t need to install antivirus. It is because mainly virus comes from the internet. If you don’t use the internet in your particular machine then you are free of having a virus. But Virus comes while someone shares you a file through Bluetooth or SHAREit that contains a virus. So be aware when receiving a file from a person. If you only use your mobile phone to receive calls or messages then you don’t need antivirus.

                Same the condition can be applied to the computer. If you use the computer only for listening to Music, watching Movies or doing your personal work, etc. Then you don’t need an antivirus. But the virus can come if you plug in USB that contains the virus. I already said that the virus spreads from computer to computer. But if you use an internet connection and download many files then you will need the best antivirus so that your computer will remain safe from unwanted viruses.

Conclusion:

                    If you use Internet connection in your system and download files from the internet then it is highly recommended that a good antivirus should be installed in it. It is because when the virus comes to your system antivirus automatically detects it and delete it. But if you are opposite to the above condition then you literally don’t need an antivirus. You can use Windows Defender that is a built-in antivirus in your Windows.

 

But it is highly recommended that use the best antivirus in both conditions if you don’t want to compromise in your data.
